There was supposed to be a Torch Relay this past Saturday to benefit Harbor House. It did not happen because of the rain; however, this did not stop the participating schools and sponsors to pour the collected money into the non-profit program to benefit children in the community. Way to go people!
And now, a totally different kind of news. This one is about a tiny baby waiting for a heart transplant. On Sunday, after almost four months, the miracle happened: a heart was found and airlifted to the hospital were surgery was performed. Almost 24 hours later, mom snapped a shot of her smiling baby! This is not just a positive headline, it as an awesome one!
